Sebastián Vollmer Ungemach is a founding partner of Cuadra Vollmer & Cía.
His practice focuses principally on advising on the financing and development of real estate projects, urban matters, territorial planning and construction, investments in agricultural land, and, in general, all types of transactions involving real estate. In the ambit of Corporate Law, his professional practice is centred on advising national and foreign companies in the execution of all types of commercial agreements, civil contracts, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.
Sebastián graduated from the Universidad de Chile School of Law as one of the top 5 students of his year and later passed his law exam with maximum distinction. Subsequently, he completed the Diploma in Real Estate Law of the Company imparted by the Universidad de los Andes, and later he passed the Diploma in Urban Law, from the same university.
Prior to founding Cuadra Vollmer & Cía., Sebastián worked as associate attorney in the corporate group of Grasty Quintana Majlis & Cía. (2008-2013) and with the law firm Larraín y Asociados (2004-2007).
He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association (Colegio de Abogados de Chile A.G.)
