Cristiana Arpea Ibieta is a Consulting Attorney at the firm, focusing her practice on comprehensive legal advice in real estate matters.
She is noted for her extensive experience in the comprehensive management of purchase and sale transactions involving land, houses, apartments, offices, and all types of real estate assets, including conducting the respective title and company searches, implementing remedial measures or resolving remediable defects, the execution and approval of purchase and sale transactions, mortgage loans, and real estate leases, coordination with notaries and real estate brokers, and, in general, the monitoring of these transactions until their completion and comprehensive legal support to clients throughout the process.
In addition, Cristiana has a proven track record, backed by more than 10 years of experience as an external lawyer, providing legal advice to banks on all types of real estate project financing, as well as to the clients of those banks on their mortgage loan transactions, refinancing, and other specific requests.
Before joining Cuadra Vollmer & Cía. (2025), Cristiana worked at Gestión Externa S.A., now Tessi, where she served as Chief Legal Counsel (2022-2023), Senior Lawyer in the Legal Department (2017-2022), and Head Lawyer of the Branch Office (2014-2017). She was also a solicitor at the law firm Mackenna Irarrázaval Cuchacovich & Paz (2013). Since 2024, she has been working as a legal advisor for the real estate broker Felipe Mendía Propiedades.
