Professional Experience
Leads the area of international practice of the firm, focusing his work on advising foreign companies and entrepreneurs in Chile on their investments in the country, as well as everything related to migration matters. In this context, Simón has vast experience advising foreign companies and entrepreneurs with investor and employment visas among others, as well as providing advice on all matters of foreign investment, real estate, commercial transactions and other corporate and civil matters in general.
Before joining Cuadra Vollmer & Cía., Simón worked at Marin Law (2014-2018) a law firm he founded in Chile when he returned from the United States after spending 10 years. Previously, he worked in various law firms in the U.S, including Brayton & Purcell LLP (2007-2011).

Simón is a member of the Chilean Bar Association A.G. and member of the Disciplinary Committee of the National Professional Football Association (ANFP) since 2014 to date
