Professional Experience
Javier leads the firm's litigation area, focusing his practice in civil and commercial lawsuits, as well as in advising clients in disciplinary proceedings and claims before administrative authorities and courts of justice.
Also he has a relevant experience in Corporate, Real Estate and Regulatory Law, standing out especially in the process of preparation and negotiation of various types of contracts, and for advising the development of real estate and construction projects of all kinds. Additionally, he provides counsel to individuals, families and corporations on matters of estate planning and the most varied investment projects, including mergers & acquisitions, purchase of assets, business restructuring and financing.
Before joining Cuadra Vollmer & Cía., he worked as a senior associate at the corporate group of Moraga & Cía. (2009-2018).
Academic Experience
He serves as Professor of Civil Law at Universidad de Santiago de Chile (since 2022).
Javier also worked as an undergraduate professor in the subjects of Civil and Business Law of the Law School and Business School of the Adolfo Ibáñez University, from 2015 to 2020.
