Javier Moraga Henríquez is Partner of Cuadra Vollmer & Cía.
His work focuses on the areas of Corporate, Real Estate and Regulatory Law, standing out especially in the process of preparation and negotiation of various types of contracts, and for advising the development of real estate and construction projects of all kinds. Additionally, he provides counsel to individuals, families and corporations on matters of estate planning and the most varied investment projects, including mergers & acquisitions, purchase of assets, business restructuring and financing. Likewise, he assists clients in sanction processes and claims before administrative authorities and courts of justice.
He graduated from Adolfo Ibáñez University Law School. Subsequently, he has successfully passed the Diploma in Economic Administrative Law taught by “Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile” and obtained a Master's degree in Law, with a Mention in Regulatory Law, from the same house of studies.
Javier works as an undergraduate professor in the subjects of Civil and Business Law of the Law School and Business School of the Adolfo Ibáñez University, from 2015 to 2020.
Before joining Cuadra Vollmer & Cía., he worked as a senior associate at the corporate group of Moraga & Cía. (2009-2018).
He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association A.G.
